To ensure customers can deploy our products with peace of mind, we\u2019ve created a Lab and Testing Room where they can come to review the quality and characteristics of our machines. To ensure customers\u2019 ability to manufacture safe, delicious products, our staff will listen to concerns until each customer is satisfied.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"secwrap-bb\"><div class=\"secwrap-1080 mb0_sp\"><div class=\"sub-sec js-fadein\"><h3 class=\"h3-lr\">Using the facility<\/h3><div class=\"sec-txt\"><p>As a general rule, all of the machines introduced on this website are available in the Lab and Testing Room. <br class=\"pc_only\" \/>Please contact us for information about food processing machines you don\u2019t find here.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"column\"><h4 class=\"h4-ul\"><span class=\"h4-ul-inner\">Arranging ingredients and food products for tests<\/span><\/h4><p>We ask customers to provide ingredients and food products for tests as necessary. <br \/>Customers are welcome to bring ingredients and food products with them when they visit or to ship them in advance. <br \/>(We have walk-in refrigerators and freezers available for use.)<\/p><\/div><div class=\"column\"><h4 class=\"h4-ul\"><span class=\"h4-ul-inner\">Time required<\/span><\/h4><p>The time required for your visit will depend on what you wish to review. Please contact your sales representative in advance.
